Scene 1 : Outlook pops up an alert saying that "U got to attend another meeting" !!!
U pick up your note pad (which is similar to the common subject note-book of col days, where you write all possible comments/reviews/lesson learnt/Action Items/Open Items/Closed Items/Pending Items/Critical Issues/Escalated Issues/Follow up etc etc...)
Scene 2 : U enter a posh discussion room where u have carpet on the floor, polished wooden walls, mahogany tree table, with lots of wires coming out from center e.g. Backbone cable, LAN cable, X network, Y network, Projector cable, VoIP cable, telephone cable . With some initial rumbling, u finally decide which cable to insert in which socket, so as to get ready presentation. Call the off-shore/on-site guys thru VoIP and start the initial rounds of exchange of pleasantries.
Scene 3 : ....
